Excellent customer service here - from holding you up for the first few pedalstrokes with cleats to last minute repairs before trips to the Alps. Staff are knowledgable and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need, offering an honest opinion on a job needs doing or whether your parts have a bit more life in them. Very glad I bought all 3 of my bikes there. The workshop courses are brilliant and a good refresher whether you've been riding for 5 minutes or 5 years, you'll learn something.

A great place. Bought a bike from there and the chain got jammed in the woods and damaged the bike as it broke. Initially they thought it was caused by a stock, but after some forensic work by one of their team they found a badly manufactured link had done the damaged. Everything repaired under warranty where they could have easily blamed a stick. Thoroughly recommended
