Love the place! This was a Costa coffee and it did not do well. The main reason was the staff then were rubbish and unhelpful. However now it been taken over its so much better! The staff are very nice and helpful. The food is good and the coffee is also. Don't go for a coffee anywhere else.
Family caf in Higginson park. Delicious coffees. They have alcohol license, cold beers and other drinks available behind the counter for grown ups. Lovely staff.
Forget Costa and Starbucks for great coffee. Seriously tasty and the slice of pizza is worth the 3.25 as its massive and delicious Plus is family run
Lovely coffee. Lovely cakes. Lovely staff. Lovely bacon roll. Only lost a star because I don't like sharing my f&b space with animals ....it was raining and there were a couple of dogs in the cafe. One was big, very wet, steaming and in the way of the door - yuk! I honestly thought it was a dog free cafe (as there is another coffee shop in the park that allows dogs). In my opinion, if there are two cafes - one should be a dog free zone inside for those of us (and there are lots of us) who do not like dogs in food venues.
