I went for service engineer job.Seems like they are after a design engineer. Not a service engineer.And insulting me at the job interview.Really?Ive only been doing Electronics for the last 20 + years.Terrible people working at the Marlow office.
Had a set of PXC 550 headphones that had a faulty button. Contacted support and they said to ship them to this office. This office was close to my home so I asked if I could deliver them myself. They said this was fine. When I brought my headphones to the office and they presented me with a new pair on the spot. What else could I ask for. Amazing company, as always.
Although a good product. Working there has not been enjoyable. Unsupportive and too corporate.
Ordered a pair of HD 4.50 headphones (I've been waiting an age for these because they've been in and out of stock) using the Unidays discount code (I am a student). The headphones you sent through were faulty so I had to send them back within 48 hrs. You wouldn't exchange them for me; I was told i'd have to send them back, get a refund and re-purchase. I've now tried to re-purchase today using the Unidays offer both online and over the phone, only to be told I cannot do this because I have used this offer already. Terrible customer service.
