I visited the showroom in Marlow and was amazed at the quality of the kitchens. I was particularly happy with the designer i met, Emma, who spent a few hours with me and came up with my ideal kitchen. Emma was very patient and thoughtful and managed to bring to life all my ideas AND MORE! Would wholeheartedly recommend!
Considering that these kitchens are rated high quality you would think that the service provided would be equal. Our experience was not as promised. The sale staff and their sales manager dealt with us really badly, promising to have things completed to deadlines that were always not met. The carpenter and the agent they employed to fit the units were very good but they had so many things to complete on a day to day basis that we often had them working until 11 at night. Rushing the job and asking to impact on our time again and again. Our other trades were waiting for them to finish things day after day. Eventually the kitchen was completed two months late. I can normally forgive company's for poor service but not this one. They never apologised, they were always avoiding our calls. The kitchen is ok, not as brilliant as you should expect. Find someone better!
