Excellent prices compared to other high street jewellers
NEVER SHOP HERE!! I've been trying to get jewellery re-work and repair done for three months now. The shop constantly confuses what I've requested, has done work I did not authorize, tells me work is complete and I can pick it up and then when I stop by the shop they say the work isn't finished. I've asked for all of my jewelry back twice now, and then they say it is 'mid work'. This has been a nightmare with the poorest of customer service.
