Having initially squashed discs from L5-S1 ten years ago, I have gone through multiple 3 week residential rehabilitation courses to varying degrees of success. In March of 2017 I managed to exacerbate the L5-S1 discs and facet joints and went through NHS physio, having 6 weeks off work as I was unable to SIT! Or much else for that matter. I was in constant pain which shifted to my neck. I put on plenty of weight since my injury and have been unable to properly exercise or even lift things into a car boot without fear of injury and pain. Since moving to Marlow this shifted to my neck, I chanced through the lane one day and saw Halsa. I am so glad I did, after a few months of seeing Dean, I have just managed to run two back to back 10k runs and no longer fear the pain and discomfort of getting out of bed in the morning or putting my socks on!Interestingly, my wife and family have forever joked about how persistently ill I have been these past few years. If there was a virus or bacteria in the air somewhere in the hemisphere it would find me and knock me about for fun. Since coming here though, I haven't been ill once and it is really noticeable. tl;dr, After a decade of pain and discomfort following a disc prolapse, Forces and NHS care, being unable to exercise and getting fat, Halsa gave my mojo back.

I have had neck pain for over 10 years and I have been on permanent painkillers during these years, therefore I have not been able to move my neck as I should without feeling severe pain. I have also tried physiotherapy and acupuncture in past but with little to no effect. When I came across chiropractor Dean by by coincidence I decided to give it another try in the Marlow clinic. I am on my halfway treatment process and I already feel so much better with my neck as I can move it around with minimum and sometimes no pain. I am really pleased with the progress been made so far and my chiropractor Dean has been really friendly as well staff at the reception. Thank you

AMAZING place - Fantastic people, very warm and friendly environment. make you feel very welcome and look after you very well.Amazing place!

iv had a fantastic experience with the Halsa - Marlow clinic. All staff are friendly and you are instantly made to feel comfortable and at ease. The Clinic have helped immensely with my joint and back issues by setting out a clear and structured program based around my needs. my doctor has been accurate in his knowledge of what i needed and has given the treatment and advice needed to improve my well being.

I was always intrigued about chiropractic, having watched videos on YouTube. However, I never imagined I would require their services!Unfortunately this was case, but I couldnt have asked for a more professional service from the team at Halsa Marlow. All staff referring to me on first-name basis which really puts you at ease to build rapport, a very nice touch!Everything was thoroughly explained throughout each stage of my initial assessment and follow-up appointments. Even through the X-ray, which identified some issues and interesting findings.Any questions I had were answered clearly. There was no push for more treatments, simply advising what they would recommend and leaving the choice with me, which again put me at ease. I think it also shows how much the Halsa team value their own strength in customer service and what they can offer each patient.Thoroughly recommended, even if it is just to check out whether your back is straight or not!
