I had a running tap that we couldn't stop as the tap had broken, so it was a bit of an emergency! When I called the phone was answered and Roman arrived within the 20mins that he advised he could get to us. He fixed the tap and it was all good. I'm keeping his number in my phone as good plumbers are hard to find. I didn't get to meet him as he came and went before I could get to the premises myself (it was a business premises that a staff member alerted me of) but would definitely use this company again and highly recommend
