Excellent Service, Granville's have been letting several of my properties for many years. The service is always brilliant, I have had all the properties let, without and empty periods. The staff are knowledgable and the tenants Granville's find have always been excellent. Marlow's best agent by a long way.
Had such an easy experience with this Lettings Agency finding a nice place to live. The agent we spoke to clearly listened to my needs, desires & funding etc and the proof is in the pudding: I liked almost all the properties he showed me, leaving me spoiled for choice. The staff are very genuine and eager to help; when you pop in or email you'll get a full response in good time and you don't get the impression they are simply telling you what you want to hear.
I have been renting out my property through Granville from around 2004. Such is their professional approach that I have never felt the need to visit their office or meet any of their agents. I have only ever Greg met a couple of times when I initially signed up. Over all, in the last 12 years my property must have been empty for a maximum of 30 days. They have been successful in finding suitable long term tenants as far as possible for us. Would highly recommend them for their prompt, professional & thorough services.

Brilliant service from all the team in Marlow. House let very quickly and at a very good price. Am new to letting so they 'held my hand' all the way through and responded to calls and emails straight away, and even stopped everything they were doing when I just dropped into their office unexpectedly with a list of queries !!
