The food was by far some of the best I've ever eaten. Can recommend the Lamb "Bun". The staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. You must visit this place. Well done Mr Kerridge.
We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary here as we both love Tom, well what an experience. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the place itself is very charming.I cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be returning.
Excellent service and delicious food in a cute village pub. Everything was cooked perfectly as you would expect from a 2 Michelin star restaurant. White bait at the start was a nice touch. I must admit I wasn't excited about ordering from the menu and when the food arrived I enjoyed it but there was no intrigue or elation.If you're looking for delicious traditional dishes this is the place for you... but if you enjoy trying new things and experiences then maybe not.
Absolutely amazing! We stayed in one of the cottages and ate dinner in the pub. Everything was sublime from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Service was faultless, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, modem but with character and very clean. Dinner was exceptional and the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was so relaxed and welcoming. Nothing about it was pretentious. My favorite thing was how personal it all felt, with lots of lovely touches. We'll definitely be back.
My wife booked here as a surprise for my 40th birthday. What an amazing time. We stayed for two nights in the Dexter suite and ate in the restaurant on the first night followed by The Coach on the second. The room was wonderful, with a massive double bed. The decor was tasteful and modern with a good selection of amenities. Especially nice was the hot chocolate they put in your room before bed time. The meal in the restaurant was amazing with first class service. We both had starters and mains, but passed on desert as we were too full. There is a really nice relaxed ambience, which made it a really pleasant evening. If you are thinking of coming here book it. You wont regret it.
