I made an appointment on behalf of my daughter who was unwell. She had recently moved to Worthing I explained she needed 2 implants, I was given an appointment for the 7th January at 10.00. I paid 50 deposit the rest to be paid after the consultation. My daughter went to the appointment but couldn't find the place she called them and they informed her the surgery was in Marlow. She called me as she was not well enough to travel to Marlow which would take at least an hour by train. I called them and the receptionist said she told me the surgery was in Marlow this was a blatant lie I pointed out my daughter was in critical care and then intensive care over the xmas holidays and i would never make an appointment so far away as she was recovering and clearly would not be up to travelling. I said it was clearly a misunderstanding had I known the surgery was so far away I would never had made the appointment with them. They said they sent emails but I never received them. I live in London and was trying to manage this from some distance away. I said as a show of goodwill would they refund the deposit, they refused. The Practice Manager was cold and unsympathetic citing it was a wasted half hour of their time, however they kept the deposit. Sometimes in life these things happen it was a misunderstanding and a little give and take is appreciated. I subsequently made an appointment with Brighton Dental Implant Centre (located in Worthing) who DO NOT charge for a consultation. I would be WARY of this Dental surgery who seem totally motivated by money and lack compassion and empathy. M Wnek
I thought they were very good, very professional and easy to talk to. I was talked through the process in detail and at each stage. Everything went smoothly without problems. The implant has been in place for about 6 months so far and I have had no problems with it. The only down side, implants are not cheap.
Worse clinic , the only clinic on earth they charge you when you book an appointment even before seen anyone or check your teeth .Bottom line Don't waste your money .
I found this clinic when googling for dental implants in the West London and Thames Valley areas.They have experienced dentists focusing on dental implants at very reasonable prices compared to other places, plus a great hygienist and a friendly management team.I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
