I have been attending the practice for several years. Having had several painful experiences PRIOR to Rooban's involvement with my teeth,I can honestly say he has never caused me any pain.A real miracle worker-plus he has fantastic support from his staff.Faye always puts you at ease and has a remarkable ability for voice recognition in that when I call every 6months (or so) she immediately recognises me and efficiently makes my booking.(normally after trying to convince me that her favourite football team will win something -one day?!!!!)
Got a problem with an aching tooth, living in England as an au pair. Looked around a bit for a good place to go, and ended up here. And they were brilliant. Polite, clear, understanding, overall nice and affordable. I got a time quite quickly, and I'm so happy. If I get any more troubles during my au pair time (I hope not! ;D) - I would go to the same place again.

From the diligent receptionists to the gentle yet effective dental hygienist to the talented and compassionate dentist (Rooban, in my case), I am awash with gratitude that such a practice, with such extraordinary values embodied in all of their behaviours, exists within driving distance for me!
