Lovely shop but not as much furniture as in the Richmond branch that I normally go to
We are glad to have an India Jane in our area after we moved out of London. Friendly staff. Quirky collection of products. While we are a fan of India Jane, most products are catered for a grand country house. So we can't go too crazy as we now live in a very modern new built house!
Nice selection of unusual items
My decorator arranged for India Jane to get a specific table for me to see. I left my house at 16:20. At 16:45, I called to say traffic was terrible I was not going to make it by 17:30. The message I got back was that Simone would wait for me. So I persevered through the traffic. I arrived at 17:55 and no one was there. Yes, I get it was late but don't say you are going to wait IF YOU ARE NOT. A response at 16:45 "I'm sorry but we have to close up" would have been completely acceptable. Just Yuck!
