Would never use this company again and cannot ever recommend. Looks very good and they promise everything but don’t let them fool you into believing the promises as we were fooled. We are a family with two young children children and the level of disruption and distress this process has caused is massive. Yet MKB seemingly have no empathy or understand the level of distress they cause. Promise an end to end solution including having talented tradespeople who realise their design.... don’t make me laugh. We still don’t have a working en-suite that’s been paid for in full and 112 days past due. We’ve given up on trying to deal with then. MKB appoint / introduce an installer, tell you you have to pay them direct so they don’t have to pay VAT on top of that. And then when it goes wrong they say ‘not our fault as you pay the installer direct and their nothing to do with us.’... Despite some of the installers turning up wearing MKB T-shirts! And if MKB tell the installer not to work on your job they don’t turn up... but still nothing to do with them right!? MKB had to get a second installer who has ripped out the majority of work done by the first one. (A family bathroom and en-suite). MKB appointee this one too as the quality of the first was totally unacceptable. We went to MKB based upon their reputation and promised service. They continually failed to deliver. They promised quality inspections on the work being done. If this had happened sooner they would have realised their first installer was completely unsuited to the task, his work stopped and had him replaced. Instead they let it carry on and on. Have failed to meet their advertising statements - I now notice the new improved redesigned website has removed all reference to their installing services. We had meeting after meeting with them. Promise after promise. Failed time and time again to deliver. Apology after apology. Poor service. Seemingly no understanding what it’s like with two children under 7 living with this level of disruption and mess. Completely broke our trust. Promised things would be fixed by a date. That was missed. Items turned up incomplete or missing parts. You rearrange your day to be there for deliveries that don’t come, or come when you don’t know they are scheduled. Cannot recommend.
