The gym is ok for those who want cardio and weights machines but the free weights leave a bit to be desired. I could only see one squat rack and not a whole lot else. On the bright side there is plenty of parking, and a great view out of the windows into the nearby park and onto the river.
Great pool. Nice and friendly
Like the pool as able to get in as it has steps. The staff very helpful. Disable access very good. Went the Cafe very pleasant. Went out the other side of the building & you are out into Higgins Park by the thames. River boat rides, to your left a lovely park and another Cafe. The complex is a very tired building needs updating but every thing there
Small gym,small pool. It seems as if staff aren't really bothered. Much prefer the site up at handy cross.
Great for all the family young and old, lots to do or you can meet for a coffee in the on site cafe as they also do food. I do aqua classes and go to the gym The staff are so friendly and helpful, highly recommend...
