Staff were friendly and helpful but there isn't very much room around the pool area here and no space to actually sit and relax. The gym was ok and had pretty much everything you could want but the whole spa side of things could do with a freshen up
Really lovely experience. I had a massage, very friendly lady and incredibly relaxing. The room was nice and clean, relaxing music and lighting. Also went swimming, didn't enjoy the open room for changing and felt slightly uncomfortable, but once I was done it was fine. (Male and female changing is separate obviously). The floor around the pool could have been cleaner, but generally a nice experience. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a shallow pool, two divided lanes in the main pool. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The quad club is part of the crown plaza hotel and an EXCELLENT addition to your stay. We got a package deal where we enjoyed a treatment as well as a stay at the hotel. Check my crown plaza review for info on the hotel.The treatment was lovely, beautiful scents and a professional crew, very friendly. My highlight...the outside hot tub as u can see. I love a hotel these extras that is so easy to get wrong. Quad club nailed it, clean, helpful, n a good variety of facilities.
Friends booked me a spa day and it's been great, the club is spacious and clean, and the staff are all very friendly. The therapist and treatment was very good and I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Definitely recommended.
Very good place to go to keep fit I been going many years and it's a lot easier to train at the gym with good machines and weights also had the spa and pool wich it really nice place to go
