I'm giving 2 stars as the food was superb but everything else failed we booked for 7.30 but were left at the reception to be seated and after complaining we were seated at 7.55, we sat there for 20 minutes before someone asked if we wanted a drink I was given the wrong drink which was taken from me rather abruptly.without any apology we ordered our meals, the starters came quite quickly but we then waited 40 minutes for our main meal in fact we were served the main meal nearly 2 hours after our arrival admittedly the restaurant was packed but they will lose custom with service like this
Great food. You must try the kebabs for main or dessert! Great atmosphere. Family friendly too
Cracking night out last night in the botanist. Amazing service provided all around. Would love to give a special thank you to the lovely bouncers who found my wallet and handed it back to me with all my belongings intact restoring my faith in humanity! Would like to thank them once again for their honesty and integrity. LOVE THE SCOTTS x
Great place with stylish finish and really cozy atmosphere. Well priced and really tasty food. Right for couples evening or semi-fancy friends outing. Hanging kebabs are great and presentation is amazing (went for lamb one). Service is quick and friendly.
The works Christmas party was here what a fantastic night, the cocktails and buffet was fantastic. The staff took great care of us and made it a wonderful night. They do a good dry gin martini and have some excellent rum! Definitely going back there, the rear area had a lovely vibe that I think would be excellent for a nice evening meal.
