Good gym with good instructors. Parking and booking system could be much better.Not cheap, but if you go at least twice a week it's worth the money.
Very nice gym and pool, no real issues other than the free weights section being slightly too small for me but I like a huge weights section so it should be great for most people. There is an outdoor area for workouts in the sun.

Went for a visit to the physio Sandy Geenwood. She was excellent, shame about the volume of the shouty man in the exercise room. Gave me a headache.
Great gym! Well equipped with top gear, clean and tidy with nice friendly atmosphere. I have recently started using their PT services (Danny Maka)...hes been an amazing help and has transformed my training. Would highly recommend
